Ø  May I get some samples?

Of course, it's our pleasure to provide you samples. Preprinted samples are provided free, please inform us detail shipping information then we can send you samples. We will send you samples via mail; it will take about half/one month to ship. It will take about 3-6 days to ship if you required via express, yet freight is to your account. If you asked for samples which print as your designs and other special samples (like IC/ID cards, material and so on) may charge little, please contact us for quote.

Ø  How to ship the goods?

We usually ship the small package via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and Special Route. If the package is heavy, then we will ship by Air or by Sea. Please inform Country and postal code to quote you freight; airport name and Sea port name to quote freight by AIR and by SEA.

Ø   What is full color printing?

Full color printing is also referred to as process colors, 4 colors process or CMYK (which is short for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). These terms all mean the same thing. Colors have an effect on our emotions within 90 seconds of viewing; Colors can motivate, impress and persuade; Color impression accounts for up 60% of the acceptance or rejection of a product or service. Full color printing uses these four ink colors, in one pass on the printing press, to reproduce literally millions of different colors and shades.

Ø  What are the processes, if I want to order?

Send details requests to inquiry→ Quote→ Accept price→ Send product design(graphics or template, preferably Vector, CDR or AI format)→confirm the proof→ make deposit→ start to process→ finished→make rest payment(before payment will send photo of ready product to confirm)→ make shipment→received→ after sales service.

Ø  What do i need to provide for quote?

In order to quote you the best price quickly, please provide the following:

ü  product design(which can show the shape and artwork of the product.).

ü  The product size and thickness.

ü  material: paper, PVC, metal (zinc alloy, copper), acrylic or others. 

ü  CMYK Color or PANTONE color.

ü  Quantity .

ü  Any special packing or other requirements;

ü  Where the products will ship to.

Please provide vectorial image in PDF/CDR/AI format with texts and lines outlined/curved. If the file you provided is PSD/TIFF, then please make the resolution higher than 300dpi. The file quality is related to printing quality.

Telegraphic Transfer.

Ø  Need to pay a deposit before order?

Yes, it needs to pay 50% deposit before starting. The spare amount needs to pay before shipping.

Ø  Since when the delivery time calculated from?

When we received the deposit and confirmation of the proof from you.

Ø  How to explain color deviation?

Imposition Printing is used for most of the printing, there are several different designs on one PS version, and thus it is difficult to control every design print with the exact right color. ± 10% color differences of the products are qualified, cannot take it as a reason for returning.
